My favourite hair at my favourite event, what more could I ask for!
First up is 'Lena', a cute short hair with a cute twist on the right hand side. Perfect for that summer look down at the beach

The second hair is longer length called 'Piper'. It has a loose plait in the back with slight waves in the hair giving it a real relaxed hair look, rather than the normal rigid 'just come out the hair dressers'

So many things happening in RL and SL. Started my new job in RL which is going great , i sell gifts and teddy bears! SoooOooo in my element right now.

In SL i have almost finished The Blog Spot ready for the grand opening. Yayyyy. Im looking for Sponsors right now for our competitions so if you know any creators out there who would be interested get them to get in contact :)

Im back from Holiday!

Hey all im back! yayy. Yes, i had a great time relaxing on the beach in Spain and have a super tan. But now i m back to reality but all good news in RL so im super hyped.

So still feeling in this lovely holiday spirit i log on to SL and venture straight to the fab events that have been on and oHHhh Collabor88 how i love thee.

OutFit @ Collabor88:
The top and skirt were 188L each! So a bit pricier for the top than i was expecting ( thought it would be 88L ) but as it goes so nice together i bought both, im glad i did.
The top has really nice strap detailing at the back which i didnt see when i bought it so its actually worth the extra money and the skirt completes the beach look.

Us Brits are proud when we go abroad and rise up to the 'typical brit' name. So why not add the flag to your feet and hands with pride. lol ok maybe going too far now but hey i would of loved these in RL for my holiday :) Slink Nails are a new area made by awwdorable and i have seen some of the designs so far and i think ill be posting a few more very soon for you all to see, but these British nails are FREE right now!! available at Awwdorable mainstore in world.

Simply Me

Its not often i dont have much to say but today im a little stumped for words. Maybe due to everything thats been happening the last few weeks in RL. Who knows. However i did want to show you guys whats available out there now and an awesome bargain.

Firstly is this hair from Damselfly, that is available at The Goth Fair which started on the 15th BUT dont panic it doesnt finish till the 1st June so you still have time to get over, if you not been already.

Also im wearing a simple but stylish tunic dress available now at Collabor88. Throw on some stylish shoes and some awesome hair to get an outstanding look.

If you are like me that likes to throw on a blazer to make a smart casual look then this is the one for you.
Tres Blah have given you the option to go with just the blazer or the blazer with the vest underneath ( which saves trying to find one that fits) so i think its fab they have given you the choice. Both 188L
Also another to have in your inventory are the leggings by Tres Blah which work well with the blazer/vest combo. 188L assorted colours available and well.. we all know you can team leggings with almost everything.

The hair at collabor88 for me had to be the cute top bun by Clawtooth. I have been wanting a nice up do for a while now, to show off those tops that have detailing on the back so this hair do is great. 88L

Trompe Loeil - Louis Chair Magritte Crown & Watch PG [mesh]

Not one to skip a nice bargain i saw these sheek looking chairs by Trompe Loeil. They have provided a PG and Adult version and several different styles. But these two with the clock face and crown i just thought were so different and gave that slight edge.
Boom have put together a nice selection of short ruffle tops in a rainbow of colours which when put together with jeans and some heels... looks ace!

Emery Stripe Dress Dorrit Pure

The final choice for March's Collabor88 is this simple dress from Emery. Stripes in SL you cant go wrong! Emery also have a blazer to go with the dress but for me this dress works great with heels, a bag and a nice up do ( as mentioned earlier) .

The bag! well this pic does not do it justice but how cute is it. a nice little clutch bag with a keyboard design.

So this is just my choice but there were sooo many other nice bits but i cant blog them all.. hmmm or can i ?

Time to talk about my addiction

After watching my daughter write so many wonderful blogs i decided to rise up to the challenge and let my creative writing side flow.
So here i am , thinking about what i could possibly write about when it dawned on me the choice was obvious.... my addiction to gatcha events
 The bargain heaven for all people in SL. For those with not many lindens in there pockets its ideal, for those who hate sim hopping to shop can find many items in one place and for those shopoholics, like me, who will probably buy something from every gatcha for those just in case moments and store in your inventory.
 So what better time to start this blog with the imminent excitement of the March Arcade event.
The arcade has been going for a while now and brings some great items from jewelry, hair and skins to house furniture, collectables and even kids stuff. So it truly does have something for everybody.
 In my blogs (as you can probably tell from the blog title) i will be picking my top choices of items from each event. For me, gatchas are a great way to see designers you might not yet know about. Who have gone under the radar until events like these.
Not only do we have The Arcade event in March but also The Woodland Treasures event and also Collabor88 starts .. yahooooooo!
Woodland Treasures is a great place for families and kids stuff. So always great little items for my lil' girl. At the last event i even got some cute valentines cards and was totally addicted to Little Sweet Treats which was a cabinet and many well made sweety items to put inside. Definitely worth taking a look at the next one.

Collabor88, while its not a gatcha event, still ticks many many boxes in my eyes. Its still super priced items and again has a variety of items like hair, clothes and house bits and bobs.
